TCL Unveils Its Full Range of Projectors in the UK
TCL has announced the availability of its entire lineup of home entertainment projectors in the UK, including the innovative and uniquely designed PlayCube. The PlayCube's 'project anywhere' convenience caused a stir at CES 2025 in Las Vegas and IFA in Berlin, and now it's officially on sale in the UK for £799.99.
The PlayCube's standout features include its small, portable cubic design inspired by the Rubik's Cube, a built-in battery for up to three hours of wireless streaming, and a rotatable right-hand section for easy picture angle adjustments. Instant Auto Focus and Automatic Screen Alignment ensure perfect geometry on any surface.
A fast-charging feature adds an extra hour of wireless viewing with just 30 minutes of charging. Despite its compact size, the PlayCube delivers an impressive 750 ISO Lumens, suitable for dark rooms and moderate ambient light. It covers 124% of the Rec 709 SDR color spectrum and supports 4K sources, despite its full HD resolution.
The TCL PlayCube also includes a built-in Dolby Digital Plus audio system, making it a complete entertainment solution.
Another model, the TCL Projector A1S, is also available in the UK for £369.99. It offers a tower shape design, Versagrip carry handle, and 600 ISO Lumens of light output, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The A1S features auto screen adjustment, Google TV, optimized Netflix, and Bluetooth speaker capabilities.
The entry-level TCL Projector C1, priced at £249.99, boasts a compact tower design, built-in carry handle, and full HD resolution with 4K support. It includes auto image adjustment, optimized Netflix, and Google TV, along with a built-in 8W speaker system.
All three projectors are also available in the US, with prices of $749.99 for the PlayCube, $330 for the A1S, and $249 for the C1.
