According to Ekstra Bladet, the Team Visma | Lease a Bike leader has recently acquired a fourth home in the area, bringing his total property count to five. The new house, purchased for 6.5 million kroner, is located beside another property he already owns in town, while the family's main residence has been a larger home just outside Glyngore by the fjord since spring 2024. This latest purchase fits with Vingegaard's pattern of investing in property rather than flashy purchases. The family's real estate holdings have grown rapidly, with a large luxury villa in Glyngore bought in 2024 for 13.25 million kroner, a luxury summer house in Egaa for 6.25 million kroner, and a villa in Glyngore bought in 2022 for 3.475 million kroner. With four of the family's five properties concentrated around Glyngore, it's clear that they remain closely tied to the area. While Vingegaard is currently focused on preparing for the upcoming racing season, his growing property footprint in and around Glyngore is starting to tell its own story, running in parallel with his racing career rather than being defined by it.
